Justine has over 18 years experience as a strategic NHS operational leader in the North of England and the Health and Social Care Partnerships in Scotland.
Justine has a passion to improve the health and well-being of local communities through genuine partnership working and as an experienced leadership coach and mentor, Justine supports system leaders develop sustainable relationships with partners enabling them to deliver place-based, integrated models of care and support.
Justine has wide ranging experience of leading and delivering service and system transformation including the development of Integrated Health and Social Care Partnerships and primary care 'at scale' delivery models

Dave is a service and system transformation specialist and highly trusted advisor to board level clients having worked across Health, Aerospace and Defence sectors for over 30 years.
Dave’s programme management, stakeholder management, process redesign and management of change skills fully equip him to advise, establish and deliver successfully large and complex programmes of business and service transformation.
